To use the online form: Enter the Check-in Date and Number of Nights information at the top of the form, along with any other room preference information.
Scroll down to the "Corporate, Group & IATA Identification (optional)" line, and click the (+) on the left to expand that section.
Type SCI in the "Group Booking Code" field.
Click the Find Hotels button at the bottom right of the page to display the hotel reservation page for the Crown Plaza.

While this hotel has sold out, some people do cancel rooms. The hotel will return these cancelled rooms to our block. If you want to try to get a room at this hotel, periodically use the hotel form to see if any rooms have been returned to the block. Again, we can't guarantee that you can get a room this way, but you may be able to.

Caution: Some phone operators at Crowne Plaza reservations told people to book rooms at rack rate and Denvention will convert them to the convention rate. We are not able to convert any rooms reserved at rack rate to the convention rate. Since this hotel is completely sold out, you will not be able to rebook at this hotel at the convention rate. However, don't forget that other hotels still have rooms at the convention rate.
