Ordering Electricity, Phone, and Internet Access

Electricity, phone lines and internet access for your table must be ordered from the Colorado Convention Center. You can do that now by going to the CCC website, and ordering with a credit card.

Tips for online ordering:

• Make sure you are ready to order the service. (Note the $50 processing fee for refunds.)
• Take a look at the CCC's Helpful Hints document. It really is.
• Wireless internet in this facility is said to be less reliable when used by a computer connected to a printer. Your mileage may vary.
• You don't yet have your booth number, but the online system requires one. Make something up -- use your company initials or other acronym. Make a note of what you used.
• Bring your own extension cord or power strip to save renting it from the facility. All must be "3-wire grounded extension cords (12 gauge or larger) and plug strips."

D3 dealers who place orders after July 19 can expect to pay the "rack" price. Example prices...

• Electricity -- 5 amps or 500 watts (1 plug) = $100 (for whole show) rack rate
• 24-hr Electricity -- 5 amps or 500 watts (1 plug) = $150 (for whole show) rack rate
• Extension cord -- 25' = $30 rack rate
• Standard phone service (w/ instrument) = $250 rack rate
• Internet access -- Basic, for one computer, wired = $400 rack rate
• Wireless access is an add-on to the Basic = $100 rack rate
